What does it feel like to belong to one of the best workplaces in the world? For nearly 800,000 associates across 143 countries, it feels like belonging, opportunity, and purpose. Marriott International has been named one of the Top Five World’s Best Workplaces by Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine—a recognition that speaks to the heart of our people-first culture.
“We are honored to once again be named one of the world’s best workplaces,” says Anthony Capuano, President and CEO of Marriott International. “This recognition reflects Marriott’s longstanding commitment to excellence and our people-first culture that continues to be our north star across the company and around the world. This year’s recognition is a testament to the incredible talent and dedication of our global teams and a powerful affirmation of the core values we’ve upheld for nearly a century.”

Those values come to life in the stories of our associates.
For Léna G., a Front Desk Supervisor at the Renaissance Paris Nobel Tour Eiffel, Marriott has been a partner in her growth since she was 18. “My favorite thing about working at Marriott is that we have really good opportunities for growth within the company, also on an international level,” she says. Today, at 23, Léna is thriving in a role she loves, just steps away from one of the world’s most iconic landmarks. “Marriott helps me grow because they followed me through my studies and my personal evolution inside the company.”

Lucas C., Concierge at W Las Condes Santiago in Chile, believes the magic lies in belonging. “What makes Marriott a great place to work is this sense of belonging. Wherever you go in the world, they will receive you and make you feel at home,” he shares. His favorite part? “You get the chance to get to know people from every part of the world.”
Jubel A., a butler service supervisor at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi, finds meaning in giving back. “My favorite part of working at Marriott is the opportunity to give back to the community through the Take Care program,” he says about Marriott’s global wellness program designed to support associates’ physical, mental, and financial health. For Jubel, diversity and inclusion aren’t just words, they’re lived values. “If I had to describe Marriott in what word it would be people-centric because we always put people first.”

And for Sara S. at The St. Regis Cairo, Marriott feels like home. “This was my first job in hospitality, and I’ve learned a lot here. It always feels home and gives you the space to grow,” she says. From guest relations to sales executive, Sara’s journey is a testament to opportunity. “I’m really thankful for Marriott, for the opportunities they give us to grow and to always feel appreciated.”

These voices echo a shared truth: Marriott is more than a workplace. It’s a global community where people can begin, belong, and become the best version of themselves. We are proud to stand among the world’s best.
