Associates carrying more than one baby are entitled to 18 weeks of maternity leave. After the official maternity leave is over, mothers can choose to take a further six months of unpaid leave if they want to. Their job will be protected during this time and they will also receive some maternity benefit through social security.

Paternity leave is five paid days following the birth of the child.

Associates adopting a child aged under three years old can apply for 8 weeks of adoption leave, and they also have the option of taking six months of unpaid leave from work, during which they can receive some social security benefits.
