Work Permits & Visas in Ireland
All EU passport holders have the right to work in Ireland without having to apply for a permit. At the moment, we only offer work permits for chefs.

Some of our hotels in Ireland have accommodation available for certain job roles, but like in the United Kingdom, our associates usually need to arrange their own accommodation. Our team can offer some tips and support to help new starters find somewhere to live.
Language Requirements in Ireland
Our associates in Ireland need a strong working knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Health Insurance
We offer basic health cover for all of our associates. Some management positions have an allowance they can use to choose a more comprehensive plan. You can talk to us at interview about what’s available for the role you’re applying for.
Transport to Work in Ireland
We offer some help with transport costs, for example, discounted seasonal travel tickets. We also offer a discounted bike-to-work scheme.
Pension Provision For Associates in Ireland

Annual Leave in Ireland
Marriott’s annual leave policy in Ireland starts at 20 days per year, like in the UK. Our associates can also build up more annual leave the longer they work for us. We have 10 bank holidays a year and we offer additional leave for those important life events, such as getting married.
