Eligible associates can use their parental leave to welcome their new baby. We typically offer 30 days of prenatal leave to our pregnant associates, and 90 days of maternity leave after the baby is born. Our paternity leave allowance is currently three consecutive days.

We observe local Ethiopian minimum wage requirements and pay our salaries on a monthly basis. We also pay our interns.

Night shift workers may be compensated at a higher rate, depending on the team policy. Our associates who work overtime can either be paid for the additional hours worked or compensated with time off.
