Our hotels usually provide expatriate workers with either living quarters or an accommodation allowance. Our resort associates usually get housed in dedicated hotel compounds. Our city hotels may offer either accommodation or an accommodation allowance, depending on the job grade and type.
Egypt Language Requirements
A good command of English is key when you work for Marriott in Egypt. Our job descriptions will list any other necessary languages for each position.

Our standard Egyptian working contract is full time and fixed term, and the working day is usually 8 hours long with a one-hour break.
Flexible & Remote Working
We don’t generally provide flexible or remote working arrangements at Marriott hotels in Egypt.
Tahseen Egypt
Tahseen is our career accelerator program in Egypt. It was created to empower local young people to start a fulfilling career in hospitality. Participants get a combination of academic training (through Helwan University) and on-the-job training in Marriott hotels, with specialisms in culinary, room, and food and beverage operations. Graduates from the initiative come out with a recognised qualification and plenty of practical skills to set them off on the right foot for the future.
